I have a 1574 puzzle rating.
How good is this?

It tells nothing. By trainings you can easily reach ELO 2000 in Puzzles, however, your playing ELO might be 1600 or even less.
At higher levels, solving ELO 1600 puzzles comes automatically. However, at higher ELO after spotting solution we are inclined to calculate also refutations or checking better lines, particularly, if it happens against solid level player.
