I have a 1574 puzzle rating.
How good is this?

It tells nothing. By trainings you can easily reach ELO 2000 in Puzzles, however, your playing ELO might be 1600 or even less.
At higher levels, solving ELO 1600 puzzles comes automatically. However, at higher ELO after spotting solution we are inclined to calculate also refutations or checking better lines, particularly, if it happens against solid level player.

1574 is not much if you play puzzles, you can see puzzle ratings of other players when you click on their name, this may hive you an idea for what is a good puzzle rating

Solving puzzles is good, but is quite hard to spot it in a real game if you are a lower rated player so 1574 puzzle rating is nothing
